Welcome to Finsure (“Platform”), a device management solution provided by Red Cat Hospitality Private Limited (“Company”, “we”, “our”, or “us”). These
Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Finsure platform, services, and related applications. By accessing or using Finsure, you agree to comply with these Terms. If you do not agree, you must not use the platform.

1. Scope of Services
Finsure is an Android Enterprise-based device management platform that enables organizations to:- Enroll and provision Android devices – Apply and manage device policies – Monitor device status and compliance – Control applications and configurations – Manage devices through a centralized dashboard Finsure is designed for enterprise use and operates under the control of the organization deploying the solution.

2. Eligibility By using Finsure, you represent that:- You are authorized to act on behalf of an organization or entity – You have the legal authority to manage the enrolled devices – You will use the platform in compliance with applicable laws and regulations

3. User Responsibilities Users and organizations agree to:- Use the platform only for legitimate business and enterprise purposes – Ensure proper authorization before enrolling or managing any device – Inform end users about device management policies where required – Maintain confidentiality of login credentials – Comply with applicable data protection and privacy laws Organizations are solely responsible for how they configure and use device management policies.

4. Acceptable Use You agree not to:- Use the platform for unauthorized surveillance or control – Violate the privacy or rights of any individual – Attempt to gain unauthorized access to systems or data – Interfere with or disrupt the platform’s functionality – Use the platform in any unlawful or harmful manner Any misuse may result in suspension or termination of access.

5. Device Management & Control Finsure provides policy- based device management capabilities through Android Enterprise.
Administrators may:- Apply security and usage policies – Restrict or allow device features and applications – Perform remote actions such as lock, reset, or wipe All device management actions are performed under the direction and responsibility of the organization using the platform.

6. Data & Privacy
Use of the platform is subject to our Privacy Policy. Organizations are responsible for:- Informing users about device management – Obtaining necessary consent where required – Ensuring lawful processing of any data Finsure does not access personal data beyond what is required for device
management within Android Enterprise guidelines.

7. Intellectual Property
All rights, title, and interest in the Finsure platform, including software, design, and content, remain the property of Red Cat Hospitality Private Limited.
Users are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the platform for its intended purpose.

8. Service Availability
We strive to provide reliable and uninterrupted service. However, we do not guarantee that:- The platform will be available at all times – The service will be free from errors or interruptions We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue services at any time.

9. Third-Party Services
Finsure integrates with Android Enterprise and may rely on third-party services such as cloud infrastructure and Google services. We are not responsible for:- Availability or performance of third-party services – Changes in third-party policies or APIs

10. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law:- Finsure shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages – We are not responsible for misuse of device management controls by administrators – We are not liable for data loss resulting from user actions or external factors Use of the platform is at your own risk.

11. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Red Cat Hospitality Private Limited from any claims, damages, or liabilities arising from:- Misuse of the platform – Violation of these Terms – Unauthorized or unlawful device management

12. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to Finsure:- If Terms are violated – In case of misuse or unauthorized activity – At our discretion for security or compliance reasons Upon termination, access to the platform will be revoked.

13. Compliance with Laws Users must comply with all applicable laws, including:- Data protection and privacy laws – IT and cybersecurity regulations – Industry-specific compliance requirements

14. Updates to Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Updated versions will be posted on our website with the revised “Last Updated” date.
Continued use of the platform after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

15. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of courts located in Uttar Pradesh, India.
