This Privacy Policy applies to:- Organizations using Finsure for device management – Administrators managing devices through our platform – Android devices enrolled under Finsure is designed for enterprise use and operates under the direction and control of the organization deploying the solution.

2. Information We Collect
Finsure collects only the data necessary to provide secure and effective device management services. Device Information- Device identifiers (such as device ID, IMEI, serial number) – Device model, manufacturer, and OS version – 

a. Device status (active, inactive, compliant, non-compliant)

b. Management & Policy Data– Applied device policies and configurations – Application management data (installed apps, allowed apps) – Device compliance and security status
c. Usage & Operational Data– System logs related to device management actions – Enrollment and provisioning data – Device connectivity and sync status

d. Administrator Information– Name, email, and role of authorized administrators – Login and access activity within the admin dashboard Finsure does not collect personal user data such as personal messages, photos, contacts, or personal app data unless explicitly required by the organization and permitted by Android Enterprise policies.–

Legal Basis for Processing Finsure processes data based on:- Legitimate business interests of the organization using the platform Contractual obligations between Finsure and its clients – Compliance with applicable legal and regulatory requirements Organizations deploying Finsure are responsible for ensuring properv authorization and consent from device users where required.–

Organizations may request data deletion or termination of services, after which data is securely removed within a reasonable timeframe, unless retention is required by law.

Finsure does not sell, rent, or trade data to third parties. We may share data only in the following cases:- With the organization that owns and manages the enrolled devices – With trusted service providers supporting infrastructure or operations (under) strict confidentiality agreements) – When required by law, regulation, or legal process All third-party integrations, if any, follow strict data protection standards.–

8. User and Organization Control
Finsure operates under the control of the organization deploying it. Administrators have full control over:- Device enrollment and management – Policy configuration and enforcement – Access permissions and roles – Device-level actions such as lock, reset, or wipe End users should contact their organization for any queries regarding device management or data usage.
9. Compliance with Android Enterprise
Finsure is built in alignment with Android Enterprise standards and follows Google’s recommended practices for secure device management. We ensure:- Transparent device management capabilities – Policy-based controls within permitted frameworks – Respect for user privacy and data boundaries —

If data is transferred or accessed outside of the user’s country, we ensure appropriate safeguards are in place to maintain data protection and compliance with applicable laws.
